Approving license members added through project invitations Follow
Project administrators can add people to projects. When they add a user who is not a license member, further workflow depends on the authentication methods configured in the license.
If the user’s email address belongs to a domain associated with an authentication method:
- The user is added to the license with this authentication method.
- The user’s license role is set as follows:
- If the user is eligible for the Guest role, they get the "Guest" role.
- Otherwise, they get the Collaborator role.
Otherwise, if there is a default authentication method configured in the license:
- The user is added to the license with the default authentication method.
- The user’s license role is set as follows:
- If the user is eligible for the Guest role, they get the "Guest" role.
- Otherwise, they get the Collaborator role.
Otherwise:
- The user is added to the "Waiting for approval" list.
- The user status in the project is "Pending approval."
- All license administrators get email notifications that the user was added to the license.
- Once a license administrator reviews the user parameters and approves the invitation, the user is added to the list of license members and gets an invitation email.
To review and approve license members added by project administrators:

Sign in to ws.revizto.com.

If you are a member of several licenses, ensure that the correct license is selected.

Go to License Management Tools, and then select User Management.

On the top toolbar, click Waiting for approval.
The number of users that are waiting for approval is displayed over the button.

Select the checkboxes next to the users and click Approve.
- Review the list of selected users. You can click next to a user to remove them from the selection.

Review the authentication method and other license member parameters, and edit them if necessary.
- For descriptions of available roles, see Roles in the license.

You can select user tags, a company, a department, and an office location from dropdown lists. If a value is not in the list, you can enter it here.
Troubleshooting:

Click Approve.

Q: I don’t see the Company, Department, or Office location field when I approve invitations to licenses.
