Archiving, restoring, and deleting clash tests Follow
Once a clash test is created and relinquished, it becomes visible to other project members that have enough rights, and can no longer be deleted. However, it can be removed from the list by archiving.
Archiving clash tests
Archived clash tests are hidden from the Clash Automation pane.
Project members with the Project administrator or Clash administrator clash test role can archive and restore all clash tests. Project members with the Test administrator role in a clash test can archive that test.
To archive clash tests:
- In the Clash Automation pane, select clash tests.
- Right-click any of the selected clash tests and click Archive.
- Confirm the operation.
Restoring clash tests
Project members with the Project administrator or Clash administrator access right can restore any clash test. This returns the test to the Clash Automation pane.
To restore clash tests:
- At the top of the Clash Automation pane, click More , and then click Show archived tests.
- Select the clash tests and then, at the bottom, click Restore.
- Confirm the operation.
Deleting clash tests
You can permanently delete clash tests that you created and never synced with the cloud (they have the "New clash test" value in the "Access" column). To delete any other clash test from the list, archive it.
To delete clash tests:
- In the Clash Automation pane, select clash tests.
- Right-click any of the selected clash tests and click Delete.
- Confirm the deletion.
