Editing clash test roles
If your clash test role grants you enough rights, you can edit roles of other project members in that clash test.
To edit clash test roles:
-
Open a clash test, and then open its access rights.
-
To assign a clash test role, select project members and then, in the upper-right corner, click More
, and select a role.
If there is a lock icon
next to the project member name, their clash test role is defined by their project role. You cannot change their clash test role here.
If a clash test is checked out by another user and someone assigns them the role that does not allow editing the test, the test is force relinquished and the user’s changes are discarded.
Editing clash test privacy
If your clash test role grants you enough rights, you can edit the clash test privacy.
To edit clash test privacy:
-
Open a clash test, and then open its access rights.
-
Select one of the following:
-
Private. A clash test is visible to project members with "Project administrator", "Clash administrator", "Test administrator", or "Clash results editor" role in this test.
-
Public. A clash test is visible to all project members with the View public clash tests access right. It is also visible to project members who do not have this right but have the "Project administrator", "Clash administrator", "Test administrator", or "Clash results editor" role in this test.
