The Clash Automation pane contains a list of clash tests.
Opening the list of clash tests
To view the list of clash tests:

In the Revizto application, in the 3D section toolbar, click Clash Automation .
This opens a list of clash tests. For column descriptions, see Clash test fields.
To customize the list view and find the clash tests that you need, you can do the following:

To show or hide columns, in the upper-right corner, click , and then select or clear the checkboxes next to the column names.

To sort the list by a column, click the column header. To sort in the opposite direction, click the header again.
- To resize the columns, drag their borders.

To change the order of columns, drag them.

To filter the list of clash tests, expand the Filters bar at the top and specify the filter criteria.

To search for a clash test, type a word or its part in the Search field . The search is performed in the following fields: the clash test name, the default assignee, the abbreviation of the default stamp template, and the names of clashing search sets.
Clash test fields
The following table describes the columns in the list of clash tests.
Some of the columns might be hidden. To show a column, click , and then select the checkbox next to the column name.
Column | Description |
Name | The clash test name. |
Clash detection status |
Shows whether the clash test results are up to date.
To update the clash test results, run clash detection. |
Issue tracker sync |
Shows whether the clash test results changed since the last sync with the issue tracker.

Access |
Shows whether you and other project members can access the clash test. Possible values:
|
Clashes | The number of clashes. |
Groups | The number of clash groups. |
Active groups | The number of clash groups that have at least one active clash. |
Resolved | The number of clash groups that have Resolved or Approved status. |
New | The number of clash groups that have at least one new clash after the last clash detection run. |
Issues |
The number of clash groups that have linked non-completed issues. It is updated only when the clash test is synced with the issue tracker. When a clash group is resolved, it is removed from the clash test. Therefore, this number does not include the issues that were automatically completed during the clash detection. |
Stamp default |
The issues generated by the clash test get this stamp template upon creation. If you use advanced issue automation, you can override this stamp template for specific issues. |
Assignee default |
The issues generated by the clash test get this assignee upon creation. If you use advanced issue automation, you can override this assignee for specific issues. |
Priority default |
The issues generated by the clash test get this priority upon creation. If you use advanced issue automation, you can override this priority for specific issues. |
Deadline default |
The issues generated by the clash test get this deadline upon creation. If you use advanced issue automation, you can override this deadline for specific issues. To learn how to set clash issue deadlines, see Deadline in "Clash test settings". |
Date created | The clash test creation date. |
Created by | The clash test creator. |
Last run date |
The date of the last clash detection run. |
Last run by |
The person that started the last clash detection run. |
Last issue sync date |
The date of the last sync with the issue tracker. |
Lasst issue sync by |
The person that started the last sync with the issue tracker. |
Open |
The button that opens the clash test results. |
Viewing and editing clash test settings
You can view the settings of all clash tests that are visible to you.
You can edit clash test settings if you have one of the following roles in the test: "Project administrator", "Clash administrator", or "Test administrator".

Viewing and editing clash test settings (single test)
To view or edit clash test settings:

In the Clash Automation pane, select a clash test.

If you don’t see the settings pane at the right, click Clash test settings at the top of the Clash Automation pane.
Each settings section can contain a button that indicates whether you can edit the settings:

. You can edit the value.

. You can edit the settings.

. You can view the settings. The orange box at the top of the Settings pane contains the reason why you cannot edit them.

To view or edit a settings group, click its view/edit button.

If you edited the clash test, remember to relinquish it afterwards. This will upload your changes to the cloud.
Editing clash test settings (multiple tests)
If you have enough rights, you can edit the access rights, labels, and simple issue automation fields for multiple tests at once. To be able to edit issue automation settings, check out the tests.
To edit multiple clash tests:

In the Clash Automation pane, select multiple clash tests.

If you don’t see the settings pane at the right, click Clash test settings at the top of the Clash Automation pane.

- Edit the settings.
You can edit the issue automation settings only if all of the following conditions are met:

All selected clash tests have simple issue automation.
-
All selected clash tests are checked out.
- If you edited issue automation settings, relinquish the clash tests.
Importing clash test settings
You can import most of the clash test settings to one or several clash tests.
The settings that you import overwrite the current settings, except for labels. Imported labels are added to the clash test without overwriting its current labels.
To import clash test settings, you must have one of the following roles in all of the destination tests: "Project administrator", "Clash administrator", or "Test administrator".
To import clash test settings to several tests:

In the Clash Automation pane, select and check out the destination tests.

If you don’t see the settings pane at the right, click Clash test settings at the top of the Clash Automation pane.

In the settings pane, click Import settings.

Select a source clash test.

Select the checkboxes next to the settings that you want to import.

- Click OK.
- Relinquish the clash tests.
