Troubleshooting
Q: I cannot revert a clash test to a previous version. The Revert button is unavailable.
A: This can have the following reasons:
- The clash test is checked out by another person. Wait until they relinquish the test, or force relinquish it.
- You are trying to revert to a version created by archiving the clash test. Revert to the version before this one.
- Your role in the test is Clash results editor. You can view the version history but cannot revert to an earlier version.
