Managing email notifications Follow
When an issue that you watch or an issue that is assigned to you is updated, you get notifications in the Revizto application. In addition to that, you can get notifications by email. It is recommended that you set up email notifications if you are planning to be away from the Revizto application.
Global notification settings apply to your email notifications in all projects. You can customize email notifications in each of your projects.

Editing global email notification settings
Global email notification settings apply to all your notifications in all your projects across all licenses, except for projects where you set up custom notifications.
To edit global email notification settings:

Sign in to ws.revizto.com.

In the upper-right corner, click your name and then click My Account.

On the top toolbar, click Global Email Notifications.

Select the notification frequency and event categories.

Click Save.
Customizing email notifications
You can customize your email notifications in each of your projects. Your changes won't affect notification settings for other project members, as each user configures the settings individually.
To customize email notifications:

Sign in to ws.revizto.com.

If you are a member of several licenses, ensure that the correct license is selected.

Go to Tools, and then select My Projects.

Open a project.

On the project toolbar, click My Notifications.
Troubleshooting:

If your project has global email notification settings, click Switch to custom notifications.

Select the notification frequency and event categories.

Click Save.
Reverting to global email notifications
If you configured custom email notifications for your project, you can revert to the global notifications. Your changes won't affect notification settings for other project members, as each user configures the settings individually.
To revert to global notifications:

Sign in to ws.revizto.com.

If you are a member of several licenses, ensure that the correct license is selected.

Go to Tools, and then select My Projects.

Open a project.

On the top toolbar, click My Notifications.
Troubleshooting:

Click Switch to global notifications.

If you want to review or edit the global settings, click Change global settings.
Troubleshooting
Q: I don't see the My Notifications button on the project toolbar.
A: This can happen if you are a license administrator and you are not a member of the project that you are viewing. To be able to configure project notifications, add yourself to the project team.
