Accessing the user info panel
The User info panel is accessible from User Management in Revizto Workspace. This is where license administrators can edit user details, user tags, license roles, authentication methods, and assigned projects.
To access user info:
- Sign in to ws.revizto.com.
- If you are a member of several licenses, ensure that the correct license is selected.
- Go to License Management Tools, and then select User Management.
- In the Name column, click the license user's name.
- You can select multiple users by clicking their adjoining checkboxes.
- You can select multiple users by clicking their adjoining checkboxes.
- Click the Edit users button, located above the user list, to open the User info panel.
Editing user details
License administrators can edit the user details of any user except for the super administrator. The super administrator can edit these fields for any license user, including themselves.
You can filter a list of project members, license users, or issues by company, department, or office location.
To edit a license user’s company, department, or location:
- Navigate to the User info panel as described in Accessing the user info panel.
- In the User info panel, scroll down to the Company, Department, and Location dropdowns and select your options.
- Once you are finished and click Update to apply changes.
Editing license user tags
License administrators can edit user tags. Tags are used to filter the list of users.
To edit license user’s tags:
- Navigate to the User info panel as described in Accessing the user info panel.
- In the User info panel, scroll down to Tags and perform the following:
- Click + Add tags and either select an existing tag or enter a new tag in the text box.
- Click - Remove tags and select the tags to remove. If a tag is removed from all users, the tag will be removed from the Tags options.
- If you are editing a single user, a Tags dropdown will be shown instead. You can select or input new tags to add them. Clicking the small X will remove the associated tag.
- Once all edits are made, click Update.
Assigning license roles and access rights
License roles define user access rights. For the list of available roles, see Roles in the license.
License administrators can assign license roles from the User Management page of Revizto Workspace. License administrators can assign roles to all users, except for themselves and the super administrator of the license.
If you are a super administrator of a license and you want to change your role, see Changing the super administrator.
To assign license user roles:
- Navigate to the User info panel as described in Accessing the user info panel.
- Select the license role from the License role dropdown.
- Click Update.
Troubleshooting
Q: I don’t see company, department, or location in license user details.

Q: I don’t see the Set company, Set department, or Set location item on the More menu in the list of license users.
