You can edit your personal settings, which apply both to Revizto Workspace and to the Revizto application.
Editing profile settings
The profile settings include the following:
- Your profile picture.
- Your name.
- Date and time format (applies to Revizto Workspace interface and reports).
The email address in the profile settings is read-only. To change your email address, please submit a support request.
Email address change requests can be for changing addresses within the same domain (OldName@company.com to NewName@company.com), or changing the domain for all users (example@company.com to example@newcompany.com).
Individual users moving to a different company are advised to create a new user account with their new email address and deactivate the old account.
To edit the profile settings:
- Sign in to ws.revizto.com.
- In the upper-right corner, click your name and then click My Account.
- Do any of the following:
- To change the profile picture, click the current picture and select a file.

To change other profile settings, edit the settings and click Save. You can cancel these changes by clicking Reset.
Troubleshooting: I changed my name at Revizto Workspace but I see the old name in the Revizto application.
Editing security settings
The security settings apply when you sign in to Revizto Workspace or to the Revizto application. They include your password and two-factor authentication.
The two-factor authentication settings have effect only when you sign in to Revizto using your Revizto password. If you use the "SSO" option to sign in, ask your system administrator to configure two-factor authentication.
To edit the security settings:
- Sign in to ws.revizto.com.
- In the upper-right corner, click your name and then click My Account.
- On the top toolbar, click
Security.
- Do any of the following:
- To change the password, click Change next to "Password," enter the current password and the new password, and then click Save.

To edit two-factor authentication settings, click Change next to "Two-factor authentication," and then follow the on-screen instructions.

Q: How do I change the two-factor authentication method?
A: If two-factor authentication is enabled, when you edit its settings for the first time, you can only disable it. Then edit the settings again and you will be prompted to select a method.
Q: When I attempt to edit two-factor authentication settings, the Change button is unavailable.
A: The security settings of your Revizto license do not allow editing the two-factor authentication settings.
Q: I changed my name at Revizto Workspace but I see the old name in the Revizto application.
A: Sign out of the Revizto application and then sign in.
