The super administrator role is a single user that grants full control over a Revizto license and its projects. Account admins and super administrators of the license can transfer the super administrator role to another user on the account within Revizto Workspace.

Required permissions

Changing the super administrator requires you to either be an Account admin or the Super administrator of the license. 

You can view your account role from the Account details/Manage account details page, and your license role from the License Info page in Revizto Workspace. See Account and license roles for more information.

Changing the super administrator

1. Sign in to ws.revizto.com.
   • If you are a member of several licenses, ensure that the correct license is selected.
2. Open the Tools dropdown menu, then select License administration.
3. Open the desired license.
4. Click Edit super administrator . 
   
5. Select your new super administrator and the new license role for the previous super administrator from the dropdowns, and then click Change super administrator. 
   

The new super administrator will automatically be notified by email of their new license role.

Troubleshooting

Q: A super administrator left the company or is unavailable for some other reason. How do we change the super administrator?
