Changing the super administrator Follow
A super administrator can transfer this role to another person.
If a super administrator is unavailable and you need to transfer this role to another person, see A super administrator left the company or is unavailable for some other reason.
To transfer the super administrator role:

Sign in to ws.revizto.com.

If you are a member of several licenses, ensure that the correct license is selected.

Go to Tools or License Management Tools and select License Info.

Click the edit button next to the super administrator.

Select a new super administrator.
You can start typing their name or email address to find them. If this person is not a license member (note that the members of the "Waiting for approval" list are not license members), enter their email address to add them, and then click "Invite new user: <email address>".

Review the new super administrator’s authentication method.

Select a new role for yourself. You can select None to remove yourself from the license.

Click Submit.
Troubleshooting
Q: A super administrator left the company or is unavailable for some other reason. How do we change the super administrator?
