Revizto users that have sufficient rights can rename sheets and edit sheet tags.

A sheet itself cannot be edited in Revizto. However, you can edit the source sheet and then import it to Revizto.

Renaming sheets

Revizto users with the "Add new sheets right can rename the sheets that they imported. Revizto users with the "Manage all sheets" right can rename all sheets.

To rename a sheet:

1. In the Revizto application, open a project.

2. At the top of the application window, click 2D.

3. Select a sheet, and then click Rename at the top.

   

4. Enter the new number and name.

Adding and removing sheet tags

Revizto users that have sufficient rights can add and remove sheet tags.

Adding and removing sheet tags (single sheet)

Revizto users with the "Add new sheets" right can add and remove tags for the sheets that they imported. Revizto users with the "Manage all sheets" right can add and remove tags for all sheets.

To add or remove sheet tags:

1. In the Revizto application, open a project.

2. At the top of the application window, click 2D.

3. Select a sheet.

   This opens the sheet properties in the preview pane at the right. If the pane is missing, click .

4. Click Edit.

   This opens the list of tags available in the project. Tags assigned to the sheet have blue color.

        

5. Do any of the following:

   • To create a tag, type it and click Add.

   • To search for a tag, start typing a tag name.

   • To add or remove tags, click them.

   • To remove all tags, click Clear.

6. Click Done.

   Tags that are no longer assigned to any sheets are automatically deleted.

Adding and removing sheet tags (multiple sheets)

Revizto users with the "Add new sheets" right can add and remove tags for the sheets that they imported. Revizto users with the "Manage all sheets" right can add and remove tags for all sheets.

To add or remove sheet tags:

1. In the Revizto application, open a project.

2. At the top of the application window, click 2D.

3. On the top toolbar, click Add/remove tags .

4. Select sheets or folders.

   If you cannot select a sheet or folder, you do not have enough rights.

5. To add tags	To remove tags
   Click Edit next to Add tags. Do one of the following: To create a tag, type it and click Add. To search for a tag, start typing a tag name. To select tags, click them. To remove the selection from all tags, click Clear. Click Done.	Click Edit next to Remove tags. Do one of the following: To search for a tag, start typing a tag name. To select tags, click them. To remove the selection from all tags, click Clear. Click Done.

6. At the top, click Done.

   

   Tags that are no longer assigned to any sheets are automatically deleted.

Renaming sheet tags

While there is no direct option to rename a sheet tag, you can do it as follows:

1. In the Revizto application, open a project.
2. At the top of the application window, click 2D.
3. Filter the sheets by the tag that you want to rename.

   If the filter pane is missing, on the top toolbar, click Toggle filters .

4. On the top toolbar, click Add/Remove tags and select all visible sheets.
5. Add a new tag to the sheets and remove the old one.
