Editing sheets Follow
In the 2D environment, users with the appropriate rights can rename and delete sheets as well as manage sheet tags. Managing sheets and their tags can help keep sheet information up to date and organized. Sheets are managed from the sheet gallery in the 2D environment in Revizto.
Sheets themselves cannot be directly edited in Revizto, but you can edit the source sheet and republish it into Revizto.
Renaming sheets
Revizto users with the "Add new sheets" right can rename sheets they published to Revizto, while Revizto users with the "Manage all sheets" right can rename any sheet.
To rename a sheet:
- Open the project's sheet gallery by clicking 2D at the top of your application window.
- After finding the sheet you want to rename, right-click the sheet, then click Rename.
- You can also select the sheet, click More
in the top toolbar, then Rename.
- You can also select the sheet, click More
- Enter the new number and title.
- Click Save.
Adding and removing sheet tags
Revizto users with the "Add new sheets" right can add and remove tags from sheets they published to Revizto, while Revizto users with the "Manage all sheets" right can add and remove tags from any sheet. Tags can be added or removed from individual sheets, multiple sheets, or to all sheets in a folder at once.
To add or remove sheet tags from a single sheet:
- Open the project's sheet gallery by clicking 2D at the top of your application window.
- Select the sheet you want to tag to open its info pane to the right.
- If the info pane does not appear, click Info
.
- If the info pane does not appear, click Info
- Under "Tags", click Add tags to open the field for editing.
- Tags assigned to the sheet will be shown above Add tags.
- Do any of the following:
- To create a tag, type it and select it.
- To search for a tag, start typing a tag name then select the tag from the list.
- To remove a tag, click X next to the tag. This can also be done without opening the tag field for editing.
Tags that are no longer assigned to any sheets are automatically deleted the next time Revizto is opened. After adding or removing tags, you will need to sync the project to save the changes for all project members.
To add or remove sheet tags from multiple sheets:
- Open the project's sheet gallery by clicking 2D at the top of your application window.
- Select the sheets you want to tag to open the info pane to the right.
- If the info pane does not appear, click Info

- If you cannot select a sheet, you do not have the correct access rights.
- If the info pane does not appear, click Info
- Under "Tags", click Edit tags.
- In the "Edit tags" window, add or remove tags:

- To add a tag, click Add tags, then select the tag.
- To create a tag, click Add tags, then type it and select it.
- To remove a tag, click Remove tags, then select the tag.
- To search for a tag, start typing a tag name then select the tag.
- At the bottom of the Add/Remove tags list, click Apply. The selected tags will be listed under those sections.
- Click Save.
Tags that are no longer assigned to any sheets are automatically deleted the next time Revizto is opened. After adding or removing tags, you will need to sync the project to save the changes for all project members.
To add or remove tags from all sheets in a folder:
- Open the project's sheet gallery by clicking 2D at the top of your application window.
- Select the folders holding the sheets you want to tag.

- If you cannot select the folder, you do not have enough rights.
- Click More
in the top toolbar, then Edit tags.
- In the "Edit tags" window, add or remove tags:

- To add a tag, click Add tags, then select the tag.
- To create a tag, click Add tags, then type it and select it.
- To remove a tag, click Remove tags, then select the tag.
- To search for a tag, start typing a tag name then select the tag.
- At the bottom of the Add/Remove tags list, click Apply. The selected tags will be listed under those sections.
- Click Save.

Replacing sheet tags
There is no way to directly rename or edit an existing tag, however you can replace the tag with a new one with an updated name.
To replace a tag:
- Open the project's sheet gallery by clicking 2D at the top of your application window.
- At the top of the window, under "Filters", filter the sheets by the tag that you want to replace.
- If you do not see the filter options, click Filters.
- Select all sheets in the filter to open the info pane to the right.

- If the info pane does not appear, click Info
.
- If you cannot select a sheet, you do not have the correct access rights.
- If the info pane does not appear, click Info
- Under "Tags", click Edit tags.
- In the "Edit tags" window, add the new tag to the sheets and remove the old one.
- To add a tag, click Add tags, then select the tag.
- To create a tag, click Add tags, then type it and select it.
- To remove a tag, click Remove tags, then select the tag.
- To search for a tag, start typing a tag name then select the tag.
- At the bottom of the Add/Remove tags list, click Apply. The selected tags will be listed under those sections.
- Click Save.
This will replace the old tag with the new tag on the selected sheets. Tags that are no longer assigned to any sheets are automatically deleted the next time Revizto is opened. After adding or removing tags, you will need to sync the project to save the changes for all project members.
Deleting sheets
Revizto users with the "Add new sheets" right can delete sheets they published to Revizto, while Revizto users with the "Manage all sheets" right can delete any sheets. You can delete sheets individually or multiple at a time depending on how you select the sheets to be deleted.
To delete a sheet:
- Open the project's sheet gallery by clicking 2D at the top of your application window.
- After finding the sheet you want to delete, right-click the sheet, then click Delete.
- You can also select the sheet, click More
in the top toolbar, then Delete. You can delete multiple sheets at once with this method.
- You can also select the sheet, click More
- In the confirmation window, confirm you are deleting the correct sheets, then click Delete.
After deleting sheets, you will need to sync the project to save the changes for all project members.
