Viewing sheets Follow
You can view the sheets that are available to you. If a sheet has a version history, you can view any of its versions.
Viewing the sheet gallery
To view sheets:

In the Revizto application, open a project.

At the top of the application window, click 2D.
This opens the sheet gallery. It might contain folders. Green arrows next to folders indicate that they contain sheets with issue notifications.
The list contains the following columns:
Column Description Name & number Sheet number and name, separated with a hyphen.
This column also includes a sheet icon, which indicates the sheet source. The following sources are available:
. An authoring tool or a PDF file.
. Asite.
. Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
. Box.
. Microsoft SharePoint.
. Procore.
. A sheet that was exported with the "coordinates only" option.
Date For Revizto sheets, one of the following:
- If the sheet has local changes: "Pending".
- If the sheet does not have local changes: the date of the last sync with the data storage.
For CDE sheets, the date when the sheet was last modified.
Revision For sheets imported from Revit, the sheet revision in Revit.
For sheets imported from PDF files, the sheet revision that is based on the file naming pattern.
Total issues The number of issues with "Open," "In progress," or "Solved" status on the sheet. This includes only the issues that are visible to you. This does not include issues projected to the sheet.
A gray number indicates that all issues are read.
A green number indicates that there are issue notifications.
A green dot indicates that a folder contains sheets with issue notifications.
You can do any of the following:

To filter sheets by their properties, select the filter criteria.
The filter shows only properties that are available in one or more sheets. It doesn’t show properties that are identical for all sheets in the project. Most of the properties come from sheet authoring tools.
If the filter pane is missing, on the top toolbar, click Toggle filters .

To search for a sheet, type a part of its number or name in the Search field .

If your list includes CDE sheets, to refresh their modification dates, click Refresh Dates .

Viewing sheet metadata
Sheet metadata includes its author, GUID, tags, and some other properties.
To view sheet metadata:

In the Revizto application, open a project.

At the top of the application window, click 2D.

Click the sheet that you want to view. This opens the preview pane at the right. If the pane is missing, on the top toolbar, click Toggle preview .

In the preview pane, click Info.
Sheet metadata contains the following properties:
Property Description Has local changes For Revizto sheets, one of the following:
- In cloud projects, shows whether a sheet has local changes. The property is present only for sheets that have local changes.
- In local projects, this property is always present and set to "None."
For CDE sheets, shows whether a sheet was edited in Revizto. The property is present only if a sheet was edited.
Tags Sheet tags. Author The person that last edited the sheet. Revision Sheet revision. If the sheet is imported from Revit, it includes the Revit logo: .
It is present only for Revizto sheets.
Last synced The date of the last sync with the data storage, or "None" if the sheet was never synced.
It is present only for Revizto sheets.
Modified CDE document modification date.
It is present only for CDE sheets.
Source file name Source file name.
For CDE sheets, it includes the CDE type in parentheses.
Internal ID Unique sheet ID. It is assigned when a sheet is added to the project. All versions of a sheet have the same ID.
For sheets imported from Revit, it is based on Revit sheet GUID.
Viewing sheet version history
To view sheet version history:

In the Revizto application, open a project.

At the top of the application window, click 2D.

Click the sheet that you want to view. This opens the preview pane at the right. If the pane is missing, on the top toolbar, click Toggle preview .

In the preview pane, click Versions.
The version history contains the following data:
Property Description # The sheet version number.
For sheet versions created from different sources, the numbers might not be successive. For detailed information on version numbering, see Sheet version numbering.
Service Sheet location, one of the following:

. Revizto project.
-
, , , , or . CDE.
For CDE sheets imported to Revizto, this column contains both icons.
For sheets imported from Revit, this column also contains the Revit logo .
Date/Time For Revizto sheets, the date when the sheet was added or edited.
For CDE sheets, the CDE document modification date.
Author For Revizto sheets, the person that edited the sheet version.
For CDE sheets, the CDE user or Revizto user that created or edited the sheet version.

Opening sheets
To open a sheet:

In the Revizto application, open a project.

At the top of the application window, click 2D.

Find the sheet that you want to view and do one of the following:

To open the latest version of the sheet, double-click the sheet, or switch to the Info tab and click Open.

To open an earlier version of the sheet, on the Versions tab, double-click a sheet version.

Top toolbar (all sheets)
The toolbar at the top contains the following elements:

Go to the previous sheet in the viewing history. This button includes the number of the previous sheet. |

Go to the next sheet in the viewing history. This button includes the number of the next sheet. |

Resize the sheet to fit the screen. | |

The first number is the number of issues created on the sheet, excluding completed ones. The second number is the number of issues visible on the sheet (created + projected), excluding completed ones. Click this button to view the issues in the issue tracker. |

Go to the previous sheet in the list. This moves you through the sheets that match the current filter. |

Go to the next sheet in the list. This moves you through the sheets that match the current filter. |
|
Date and time of the last sync with the data storage. It is available only for CDE sheets and only when Revizto is offline. |
Top toolbar (sheets opened from version history)
If you open a sheet from the Versions tab, this adds another toolbar at the top. It contains the following elements:

Sheet elements
A sheet might contain the following elements:

Stamp issue pin. The border color comes from the "Color" issue property. The color of the bottom part is the color of the issue status. The bottom part is available in the Pins view. It is not available in the Markups view. Click the pin to open the issue in the issue tracker. |

Several issue pins that are close to each other (a cluster). The number indicates the total number of issues in the cluster. The border colors are the colors of issue statuses. Click a cluster to open all its issues in the issue tracker and hide all other issues from the sheet. Zoom in to view individual pins. |

Issue markups. Click a markup to open the issue in the issue tracker. |
|
A clickable link to another sheet. The number at the top is the viewport number. The text at the bottom is the sheet number. |

Bottom toolbar
The toolbar at the bottom contains the following elements:

Issue's id visibility | Toggle displaying issue IDs next to issue pins. |
Show issue pins that match the current issue tracker filter, and hide issue markups. |

Show markups of the issues created on the sheet, and hide the pins of projected issues. |

Toggle sheet contrast to improve markup visibility. This button is available only in the Markups view. |
The minimum distance between the issue pins. If the distance is less than this value, the issues are combined into a cluster. | |

Show the issues that were hidden when you selected a cluster. This button is available only when a cluster is selected. |

Troubleshooting
Q: Some of the sheet issues or markups are not displayed on the sheet.
A: The filter that you set in the issue tracker also applies to sheets. Go to the issue tracker and clear the filter.
