Managing sheet folders Follow
In Revizto, sheets are organized into folders.
Revizto users that have sufficient rights can create folders, rename, and delete folders, and move sheets between folders.
Creating sheet folders
Revizto users with the "Add new sheets" right can create folders.
To create a folder:

In the Revizto application, open a project.

At the top of the application window, click 2D.

Select a parent folder.

On the top toolbar, click Add new folder
.

Enter the folder name.
Renaming sheet folders
Revizto users with the "Add new sheets" right can rename the folders that they created. Revizto users with the "Manage all sheets" right can rename all folders.
To rename a folder:

In the Revizto application, open a project.

At the top of the application window, click 2D.

Select a parent folder.

At the top, click Rename.

Enter the folder name.
Moving sheets between folders
Revizto users with the "Add new sheets" right can move the sheets that they imported and the folders that they created to any folders. Revizto users with the "Manage all sheets" right can move all sheets and folders to any folders.
To move sheets to a folder:

In the Revizto application, open a project.

At the top of the application window, click 2D.

On the top toolbar, click Move To
.

Select the sheets and folders that you want to move.
If you cannot select a sheet or folder, you do not have enough rights.

At the top, click Move to.

Select a destination folder and click Apply.
Deleting sheet folders
Revizto users with the "Add new sheets" right can delete the folders that they created. Revizto users with the "Manage all sheets" right can delete all folders.
To delete a folder:

In the Revizto application, open a project.

At the top of the application window, click 2D.
-
On the top toolbar, click Delete
.

Select sheets or folders.
If you cannot select a sheet or folder, you do not have enough rights.

At the top, click Delete.

Confirm the deletion.
